The Digital Optimisation Manager is a newly created role within the NOW TV Customer group, which is responsible for customer engagement and retention. The new role will be increasingly pivotal to the success of the product in driving customer engagement and business value. We are looking for someone who can shape our product optimisation and an experimentation strategy, drive the implementation of that strategy and help us to develop ambitious future plans.
