- Lead efforts with marketing, engineering, and UX to design, build, deliver, and drive adoption of the program over time.
- Direct product management inputs into our internal engineering and UX priorities including planning, organizing, scoping, and driving quality and efficient output.
- Build, test, analyze, and iterate with the team in order to move KPIs.
- Build and maintain a detailed 15 month roadmap of the retention-focused site experience, in consultation with company & Product leadership.
- Assist with opportunity exploration & roadmap development of other lanes/goal-areas as needed.
- Work closely with the other parts of the product development team to ensure a flawless, holistic customer journey
- Understand the landscape of the greeting card and gifting market to find opportunities for differentiation while understanding best practices to fully leverage available second mover advantages.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Empathy for customers and co-workers.

- Bias toward action and test & learn.
- Maniacal attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication in a variety of settings.
- Ability to work both hands on and strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into problems, big and small.
You’ll be great if you have:
- 5+ years in e-commerce Product Management experience in a company with a B-C sales model.
- Experience PMing in areas with retention-focused goals.
- Entrepreneurial and detailed mindset, with a bias for customer focused innovation, leveraging data wherever possible.

- Understanding of how user funnels work, what KPIs matter and how to impact them.
- Experience leading projects that require a high degree of cross-functional coordination to see full success.
