Your role as Product Manager at Genesis Block is to identify user needs and understand larger business objectives to drive the development of products and features. You will help define what success looks like for a product or feature and work with the team to turn that vision into a reality.
Responsibilities include:
Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes
Understand and represent user needs in a data-centric way
Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses, finding opportunities for differentiation
Work with stakeholders to define a vision for a product
Prioritize product features and capabilities and translate them into backlog and fulfillment work
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines
Our ideal candidate:
Has meaningful experience in a dynamic product management role for a software development company
Is highly effective at cross-functional team communication
Has excellent writing and presentation skills
Has experience or training as a software engineer or experience working closely with engineering teams
Experience with or understanding of traditional and/or crypto financial services is a plus but not necessary
