About the Role

The End User Experience team at Roku is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive the expansion and improvement of Live products to new markets. In this role, you will leverage your product experience to drive the best Live TV experience globally. You will showcase your incredible ability to collaborate, execute, and your obsessive focus on the quality of your product.

This is a broad role, requiring technical chops, business savvy, stellar communication, and drive.  Some days you will be deep in technical reviews mobile with engineers. Other days, you may be assessing market opportunity, talking to customers, or briefing executive staff on your analysis.

Above all, you will be deeply embedded with a tight team of hard working, fun, and talented professionals all working to deliver the simplest, most accessible, and best live platform experience on the planet. Sound exciting? Great! We thought so too. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Collaboration across the organisation to launch the Roku Live Program Guide, Live TV Zone and Sports into new markets
Work closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to improve existing experiences and define/deliver new Live features
Partner with Research, Data Science and Country Managers to balance local product market fit experiences with a scalable platform
Work with legal to understand country-specific compliance requirements, and execute on them as part of an end-to-end product lifecycle
Author PRDs/Feature Guides and release plans to enable the team to develop products that meet user and business needs
Drive feature prioritization, process improvements, and product development with one eye on key business KPIs and the other on the quality of the product

We’re Excited If You Have

Knowledge of live broadcast / IP linear streams
Experience with sports discovery and/or engagement features
Experience launching products on a global scale
Excitement about things you don’t know. You ask lots of questions and go searching for answers. Geeking out is part of what makes it fun to come to work
Excellent at communication, facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, analytical skills and the ability to work independently


At least 5 years (but likely more) experience in product management with a focus on streaming video and large-scale advertising-based consumer facing media products
Independent work ethic, with ability to be productive with co-workers in U.S. time zones, as well as with the growing team in the UK.
An ability to clearly articulate nuanced product requirements as well as strong business sense that can be applied to feature definition
Experience running experiments and AB tests
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams as the product owner in an agile environment.
Based in Cambridge, UK with occasional travel.
