Responsibilities

Pre-sales: Partner with BD and customers to clearly define the end-to-end experience and scope out the effort

Understand retailer systems and discover opportunities to increase stickiness or/and share of wallet.

Write down user-stories (requirements) for the Store Systems and Engineering teams

Build and enforce a framework (Cost/effort, Revenue, Deal Blocker, Long Term, Customer satisfaction, market, competition) to prioritize external asks and internal wish list.

Manage the launch – Feature Spec, Blog, Tutorials, release announcement, alignment/hand-off to other stakeholders including Ops, BD, Marketing.
