Someone fond of interaction design, with a passion for innovation, strong execution skills and a talent for building a structured, measurable, and fast-paced approach to make user interaction with our product easier and more intuitive.

👩‍💻 Are you ready to join our hustle?
3+ years of professional experience managing software products, preferably productivity SaaS
Strong track record of bringing success in products with a high bar in user experience and complexity
Deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and usability
Deep understanding of software engineering and ability to drive technical decisions together with Engineering and Data Science
Experience in implementing a data-informed approach to the product
Strong prioritisation skills and an execution-focused mindset
Background Analytics/Mathematics is preferred
Passion about Kaizo and the problems we are solving

🗓️  What are your 12 labours here? 
Developing and implementing your product strategy and product roadmap consistent with our company vision
Managing the day-to-day collaboration between Design / Product / Engineering / Marketing
Setting up a structured and measurable approach for continuous improvement of user experience
Collaborating with Product  Marketing and ensuring that customer-facing documentation is updated in line with feature releases/training CX where necessary
Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end-product, and drive growth
