Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact:
- Guide the overall UX strategy in collaboration with Product Management
- Guide the usage of the Design System
- Advise and mentor UX designers and researchers
- In partnership with Product and Engineering, plan and develop user tests for complex medical tech applications
- Work closely with UX designers to provide regular research and testing support for product design
- Work collaboratively with various teams in the organization to identify opportunities for testing and research across products
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on quantitative metrics to distribute to the organization
- Support and conduct qualitative research for larger initiatives as well as provide user validation for features in progress
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other user behavioral tools to provide regular insights to internal stakeholders
- Analyze and summarize user feedback and communicate results to stakeholders
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years UX experience and/or Product Management experience
- 1+ years of experience leading and mentoring UX and/or product teams
- Experience conducting and analyzing qualitative research in B2B environments
- Experience gathering and analyzing quantitative research results
- Demonstrated expertise in writing test plans for moderated and unmoderated testing
- Skilled, unbiased facilitator of moderated user tests and user interviews
- Ability to synthesize complex qualitative insights and translate them into succinct, actionable summaries
- High level of professionalism and experience working directly with customers
- Ability to thrive in a transitioning environment: flexibility, willingness to pivot and openness to change
- A passion for the art and science of usability and research
- Ability to deeply understand complex software products
Bonus points if you have:
- College degree in human factors, user experience, data science, or similar discipline
- Background in medical software and/or technology
- Experience working with agile development teams
