POSITION:
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and driving Product Operations Manager to join our Program Management team and work closely with “The Lab”. They will drive operational excellence through establishing successful Product planning ceremonies, and communication processes. They will make certain the flow of communication for software development and product team operations is shared bi-directionally from senior leaders to individual contributors, working independently and through others when needed.
Success in this role is to define communication streams within The Lab and implement processes to ensure the organization is informed on information deemed necessary by the product leadership team. The ideal candidate is competitive in nature and will continuously identify opportunities to refine product-related communications and lead the team in successfully delivering the right message through the appropriate channels while partnering with internal stakeholders. Additionally, this person will ensure the operational cadences and ceremonies for the product team (all-hands, leadership meetings, strategic planning and off-sites, training and development cadences, etc.) are planned and executed, coordinating content, scheduling, and owning the delivery of the ceremonies.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Own communication and operational ceremonies that drives alignment, enthusiasm, and action across the organization on strategic product vision
Continuously identify opportunities to refine product-related communications
Lead the team in successfully delivering the right message through the appropriate channels while partnering with internal stakeholders
Influence driving deliverables to completion by partnering with accountable stakeholders, including putting actions in place for addressing any open issues
Identify and document best practices around communications and oversee adoption of processes implemented through a people oriented approach
Ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly through engaging communication and consist follow up
In conjunction with The Lab, manage and influence engaging internal communications on decisions and tactical shifts in priority
Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve the planning processes
Enhance, optimize, and document our Product enablement platforms to effectively scale our Product teams goals and objectives. I.e. Pendo
Ad-hoc projects to support The Lab and organization as a whole
