About this role
We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Product Manager to join the digital team as we embark on a major project to update our website UX and Infrastructure. The covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of digital platforms across the arts and entertainment sector; we have big digital ambitions and the Digital Product Manager will play an important role in delivering these changes. The day to day work spans all elements of the product lifecycle from user-research and advocacy, to specifying digital optimisations and collaborating with the development team in delivery sprints, to monitoring the impact of optimisations.
This is a chance to join a creative, sociable, supportive and hard-working team, and to contribute to meaningful digital change at one of the world’s major art institutions. You will be working in an agile and collaborative environment and will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of products and platforms from our high-traffic public website, to ecommerce checkouts, and the internal platforms that support our curators and exhibition planners.
Why join us?
You will be joining a team who are passionate about what they do, where they work and really care about the success of the people and the organisation. We really do put people first in the decisions we make and listen to your views before acting. We also offer a variety of benefits (some pretty unique to us!)
Agile Working approach, with up to two days working offsite
Enhanced Pension Scheme (employer contributions of up to 10% of your salary)
Access to all our Exhibitions, in addition to Exhibitions with our reciprocal partners (other cultural institutions across the country)
Access to Staff Events held at the RA
Enhanced Holiday (25 days, plus an extended Christmas break)
