PDQ.com is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We deliver products that make device management simple and secure, pretty damn quick.

As the Product Manager responsible for PDQ’s Payments and Identity team, you will refine and develop the product roadmap that ties all PDQ products together. You will be at the center of our platform strategy as we build out the PDQ platform for IT professionals. You will assist in developing business processes, defining product requirements, and product acquisition strategies. You will also work directly with a dedicated engineering team in delivering your product vision.

The Payments and Identity team, aka “internal products” are critical to the success of our platform strategy.

What your day might look like:
Attend daily engineering standup meetings
Meet with customers to identify underserved needs
Collaborate with design and engineering teams on product requirements
Conduct training sessions on upcoming product updates
Refine the roadmap and achieve roadmap alignment both internally and externally

What a Product Manager does at PDQ:
Builds stakeholder alignment through the refinement of overall product vision
Strategizes with product engineering to deliver on product vision through the creation of user stories and project definition
Coordinates organization within the engineering team by implementing process improvements and priority clarification
Partners with the research team to uncover new problems and challenges to solve
Trains company on upcoming product innovations
Implements new pricing strategies with the sales operations team

Were looking for people who have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, behavioral sciences, marketing, accounting, or related field OR equivalent work experience
6+ months of product management experience
Ability to identify problems and create impactful solutions

Tools we use:
Jira & Linear for Project Management
Slack for internal team and company wide communication/collaboration
Figma for product designs
