What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for you to join our Product organization as a Product Analyst! Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you’ll drive and own the critical areas of win/loss analysis, churn analysis, and competitive analysis in order to inform and strengthen our position in the market.
This work is key to support our mission to help companies see, connect, and control elements of the complex projects that define their success.
In this role, you will:
Lead the continued evolution of a scalable product analytics system to identify, analyze, and report on critical product metrics to inform product decisions
Strengthen our insights into why we win or lose sales opportunities in each segment (win/loss analysis)
Surface conclusions from win/loss analysis that will inform changes to our product and offerings as necessary
Understand when and why customers downgrade or cancel their Quickbase subscriptions
Evaluate the landscape of relevant competitors to identify where and how we should focus our energy to win in our target markets, in partnership with Product Marketing
You should have:
3+ years in a Product Analyst, Business Intelligence, or related role
Experience gathering, organizing, and visualizing data to evaluate the success specific business initiatives
The ability to effectively communicate the conclusions of detailed data analysis to non-technical audiences, including assumptions made and associated rationales
BA or BS degree in an analytical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
