About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help us create the future of wellness/wellbeing solutions. The ideal candidate is a passionate, results-oriented professional that will help us drive the product strategy and roadmap for current and future products. This role is inherently cross-functional and will work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive team members to develop, and launch innovative digital products.

You must be creative, highly analytical, and adept at synthesizing customer needs, data, and technologies to develop products that people love. We’re looking for someone customer obsessed and tech savvy who is adept at making strategic product decisions grounded in data. We’re seeking someone who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit needed to create new products and improve existing ones. You’ll solve complex, cutting-edge problems and get things done, assuming end-to-end ownership of products in our portfolio.

Qualifications include:

Be a passionate advocate for the consumer and be the voice of the customer (internal and external)
Proven track record of making impactful business decisions using relevant data and insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
Demonstrated track record of strong written and verbal communication that gains buy-in for product direction and successfully communicates product updates
Strong strategic aptitude with proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap, gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
Understanding and discussing technology concepts, scheduling tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products
Ability to serve as the product expert supporting operations and marketing
Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, drive product decisions, and manage expectations
Conduct research, testing, and training on new products and features
Develop user stories, map features, user flows, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent domain experience
5+ years of experience in a product development/product management
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy
Experience working at a software company focused on exceptional customer experience
Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to successfully interact and influence across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers.
Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the hospitality or wellness space is a plus
