As a Product Manager you would work at the intersection of business strategy, product design, software development and delivery. You would be a leader who works in a collaborative environment, focused on delivering products that exceed business and user demands and while doing so, building strong relationships with our clients and across our internal cross-functional teams.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like:
- You will drive product discovery and validation through customer interviews, prototyping and experiments … (e.g. defining and understanding of user personas, user journeys, user interviews) and articulate them into clear business objectives
- Work closely with clients and users to understand business and product objectives
- Lead ongoing product initiatives, identifying areas of success as well as continuous improvement
- Drive the creation of the product roadmap, ensuring it is in line with key business objectives and stakeholders expectations.
- Create and manage product backlog based on business, market and user needs
- Lead collaboration of blended cross-functional teams which consist of engineers, product designers, marketing and engage them all around the same project vision
- Manage the delivery process in order to deliver a product or product initiatives according to agreements made
What experience and skills will make you successful in this job:
- Minimum of two years of proven experience in product management with digital products
- A track record of launching consumer-facing products and services (B2B or B2C)
- Understanding the importance of data and analytics for digital products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in doing market research
- Ability to understand (or quickly learn about) different business domains and think about them in a goal-oriented way
- General understanding of the technical and design aspects in digital product development with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and designers
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills (especially well informed prioritization)
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, great energy and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, confident with a can-do attitude
- Experience using Jira/Trello
- Fluent English
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with start-ups
- Experience in the Lean/Agile approach to software development
- Design or tech background
- Experience with working on more than one product

- You prefer to focus in depth on one area of product development
