Why work at MOO

We are a company full of design nerds, geeks, comedians, bakers, scientists, artists, football fans, boxers and many, many other things but one thing we all have in common is a passion for building amazing products that make our customers look great.

We are building a world-class product management team to lead the realization of moo’s ambitious goals for growth.

We believe product management is one part science, one part passion and one part dogged execution and we’re looking for likeminded individuals to join us.

What we care about…

You love product. You love taking things apart, putting them back together, debating features, making things better, and convincing your friends and family to buy this versus that.

You are a scientist. For you the scientific method is a way of life and you are driven to solve problems. You naturally develop hypotheses and test them rigorously even with things like making the perfect omelette for breakfast (it takes lots of practice).

You are analytical. You’ve optimized your commute to work. You know which car on the tube to get on so you’re right in front of the exit to the station when you get out and which turnstile is the least used. You use Excel for fun. It drives you mad when people confuse correlation with causation and you’ve been heard to use the phrases “statistically significant” and “standard deviation” in casual conversation.

You are curious. You aren’t satisfied until you know how something works. You know why ink jet printer paper is different from laser printer paper and the difference between baking powder and baking soda. You want to make things work differently.

You get things out the door. You dance the dance (salsa, tango, hip hop, ballroom – we don’t mind) of getting it right and getting it out the door and know how to make, articulate and evidence your decisions.

You speak multiple languages. You speak UI, UX, Tech, and can get on board with the company vision, tell other people about it and turn that into brilliant products. You can tell the customers story, articulate the value of a product and shout from the rooftops about why it’s needed.
