Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll build our product marketing program, working with a multi-functional, fast-growing team. Responsibilities
- Own our go-to-market strategies for feature releases and product launches
- Develop and map prospect and customer personas by role, industry, and company size
- Conduct market and competitor research to advise on marketing and sales strategies as well as product roadmap
- Conduct win-loss analyses to drive process and product enhancements
- Develop a release notes process and strategy for educating customers and internal teams
- Draft content for sales and success enablement materials
- Create and oversee partner and channel marketing efforts
- Own marketing efforts for renewal cycles
- Partner with executives to develop scalable pricing models
- Own our case studies, testimonials, and third-party review efforts
- Assist the marketing team in developing standards of procedures for our marketing-sales systems
Requirements
- At least three years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
- More than five years of general marketing experience
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly reliable and organized with strong follow-through
- Self-starter with a take-ownership mentality
- Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
