Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
- Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our partners
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2-5 years experience in Product Management for a software product (B2B or B2C)
- Ticketing Industry Domain experience a plus and may be substituted for Product Management experience
- 1-3 years experience in an Agile environment (Scrum preferred)
- Strong initiative and a get stuff done attitude – Important!
- Personable attitude to conduct client and user interviews
- Talent for facilitation and brainstorming
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Passion for live event solutions
- Ability to communicate fluently with both designers and developers
- Ability to work with different people across multiple teams within the company
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when necessary
- Occasional travel required
