Senior Product Manager- Sales

We’re Osome – an international Fintech start-up making lives of entrepreneurs easier.

We help over 9500 businesses kick admin routine out of their day-to-day, so they can focus on changing the world for the better. We’ve build our own app and web product and are automating accounting, tax, company formation and other tasks.

We are over 500 strong, from 15 countries and have offices in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Berlin and Kuala Lumpur.

As a start-up, we have founders with a successful track record, top-tier investors who backed dozens of well-known IT companies. Our product management team consists of ex Google, Yandex, Tinkoff, Xero. In 2021 we raised $16m Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.

We believe that the best product for entrepreneurs cannot be pure-SaaS. SMBs are highly diverse and it is crucial to learn and understand the full spectrum of the needs and demands of each client, and do it from the very first point of contact. Our high-skilled Sales Agents make this happen on a daily basis and they need best-in-class tools to reach their full potential.

Your Mission will be:

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead our product team to boost the effectiveness of sales operations by replacing all the admin tasks with automations to grant our Sales Agents the power to accurately identify intent, pain points, and opportunities for our clients.
In our industry, most potential customers don’t rely on Google when searching for a provider – they are guided by recommendations. Therefore your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of our customers and help our team to find a solution that converts prospects into Osome ambassadors.

What success looks like in this role:

Increase revenue / costs ratio per sales agent by x2
Ensure that the quality and client satisfaction aren’t declining and are maintained at a high level throughout the sales process
Ensure that we know cost and speed of each step in sales process

What you will be doing to achieve results:

Lead a cross-functional product team, and be responsible for it from initial thinking and planning to a successful release
Product evangelism – ensuring that the vision for this product is well known within the business
Track and monitor new features’ performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them
Improve our analytics by defining what we should be measuring, building accessible dashboards and keeping them up to date, and help automate reporting
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into our customer base – from designing and conducting user interviews to running AB tests and analysing results
Help your team understand: the problems we’re solving, our customers, the business and how to marry these in an impactful way

You’ll need to have:

Proven experience in an applied research setting.
A background in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Data Science or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
Solid working knowledge of user research methods for discovery and validation, including when and how to apply different methods in various scenarios.
Passionate about understanding your customers and bringing their voices into the design and development process.
Experience crafting and executing impactful projects end-to-end through collaboration and with a high degree of autonomy.
Excellent English skills in written and oral communication, enough to conduct interviews with our clients.
Be comfortable helping others from related disciplines develop their research expertise.
Bonus: you experience in finance, e-commerce, SME, or related fields
