We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and high performing candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our business as a Product Manager and drive our product plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and contribute when we are focusing on expanding our product portfolio.
The role will involve exploring new market opportunities in our core customer segments, developing opportunities through structured market research and analysis to conceptualise new products and finally working alongside the software development team to develop and launch the products and features to customers.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the ideal candidate must be inquisitive, entrepreneurial, able to structure thoughts and analysis, driven and able to get things done.
Prior software background is not essential. Candidates with consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Gain detailed understanding of Infonetica’s product suite
Identify market and customer requirements
Talk to the customers to understand pain points and design solutions
Define and lead product(s) strategy
Drive product development
Define user stories, wireframes and acceptance criteria
Support test and sign off user stories
Work with Developers & Business Analysts to drive timelines and progress
Manage product backlog to ensure it remains relevant to business and customer needs
Create sprint backlog and prioritize work items for sprints
Manage bug backlog and prioritization
Work with stakeholders to define release schedules
Detail release documentation
Host webinars to demonstrate new functionality to customers
Update product material with new developments
Support product demonstrations to potential customers

£65,000 base salary
10 percent performance bonus

The primary work location for the role is Esher (KT10 9SD), which is a 30-minute train ride from London Waterloo or just off the A3 if you are driving in. We are currently trialling an Event-based work-from-office system –This means that you are required to come into the office only on pre-defined days for key interactions. You are welcome to use the office at all times – there is breakfast, beer and fresh coffee to keep you going.
