Product Consultant

Full-Time UK Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

Role Title: Product Consultant

Company Description:
Purposeful Growth (PG) was founded by Seth Richardson and David Hardy to help purposeful Start Ups and Scale Ups build products their customers love.

Operating since January  2022, PG has already gained traction with multiple long term contracts and has big growth plans. We are committed to building a bright & sustainable future and at least 20% of our time is dedicated to supporting charities & ‘not for profit’ organisations. This is an opportunity to be employee number 1, share in the success of the business & help build a purposeful future.
Organisations strive to build products their customers love, however they often fail because of misaligned strategy, lack of internal capabilities and poor execution. This results in disappointed customers, wasted opportunity and financial loss.

PG is building a scaled solution that transforms businesses into product-led organisations through a range of consulting services and frameworks.

Seth is an experienced executive and technologist with a track record of building and scaling successful products in the AdTech and digital space. Seth started his career deep in data at AltaVista before going on to found DC Storm in 2004. Seth led the business as CEO through fundraising, international expansion, growth to profitability and then the acquisition of the business
to Rakuten Marketing in 2014. Seth has held multiple C level positions at international businesses including Rakuten and UNiDAYS and is a Trustee at the Marine Conservation Society.
David has spent the last 15 years at high growth AdTech and MarTech organisations building and leading high performing teams focused on product, go-to-market strategy and professional services.
David has held leadership positions in global organisations in the US and the UK including Adobe and Rakuten. David joined Seth to focus his time working on projects with a purpose – PG is born out
of a desire to use our meaningful industry experience to make a difference in the world.
