We are building the SnapShot Marketplace, where a wide selection of hospitality solutions can be bought, built, and sold seamlessly. With only one login, hotels have access to a secure platform of ready-to-use, pre-integrated apps. Our Marketplace is global, secure, and connected, and it utilizes the power of data of all sizes and sources, creating a step change for the entire hospitality industry. The marketplace is tied together by Fabric, a new hotel communication platform, which provides a central solution for all hotel user management and social interactions.

For our office in Berlin we are looking for a Product Owner.


  • Responsible for one or more products in our portfolio
  • Define product and plan release scope in line with company short, mid and long-term objectives
  • Define business cases and define future opportunities and product investments and their justification
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Conduct interviews with potential and existing customers, as well as technology partners to validate product and persona hypotheses
  • Coordinate with other POs, Marketing, Customer Experience and Commercial teams
  • Prepare and continuously manage product backlog
  • Prepare user stories and actively participate in the technical grooming sessions with the development and QA teams
  • Understand potential product shortcomings, design suitable solutions, validate and implement those
  • Close collaboration with Product Designers and preparation of product mock-ups
  • Close collaboration with Architects and Developers on APIs and various integration between your product(s) and different internal and external systems


  • Previous experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst
  • Strong technical knowledge (previous experience as developer is not mandatory but big plus), especially in the area of RESTful services
  • Knowledge of integration principles between different systems
  • Experience in SaaS type of the company and detailed knowledge of SaaS business model
  • Experience in managing products with multiple complex integrations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong English skills, min. C1 level, both spoken and written form
  • Ability to explain business requirements to Developers
  • Ability to work in geographically distributed teams
  • Experience with working in agile environment
  • Affinity for user experience design
  • EU working permission
  • Travel Industry background
