Senior Product Manager – Client Experience

As a Senior Product Manager working on our core product experience, you will work to integrate new content into our platform and continue to deliver upon features our clients need most for their research.  You will work closely with other core product teams to drive client engagement (measured by repeat usage, searches, reads/listens, and notes) and revenue (whether directly or indirectly).  This role is responsible for key features that our clients use every day and thus you will be directly impacting the success of the company.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, our market, and the needs of our users.
You will help shape the roadmap for our product and the process by which that roadmap is realized. You will partner with your Engineering, Data, and Design counterparts to analyze and understand the needs and motivations of our experts and align resources to solve core user problems.
You will be a strategic contributor within your product space, leading problem solving across larger or more undefined product areas.
You focus on the big picture to get strategic alignment and ensure a quality holistic experience that has no gaps while being responsible for translating the vision into discrete iterative deliverables.
You will build consensus across diverse teams through effective communication and facilitation techniques to solicit feedback from peers, partners, and leadership.

3+ years of Product Management experience working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists at a Consumer or B2B software company that has seen success at scale.
Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills – able to manage stakeholders up, down, and sideways.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward action and customer focused innovation. You thrive on challenges and not be deterred by difficult situations. You work proactively rather than reactively.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; willingness to get into the details and drive clarity from ambiguity.
