The Opportunity

The product team is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and execution of our Enterprise Product Solutions. Reporting to the Director, Product Experience this role will be focused on delivering the best product experience for our customers’ employee onboarding and management needs. The timely and smooth onboarding and on-going management is vital to the customers’ first impression and adoption of our tools, services and solutions across a continuum of care.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Product leadership and other Product Managers on aligning to the platform vision and strategy, and contributing to the overall future direction of the product.
Relay the product vision clearly and concisely to the engineering team.
Collaborate with Product management to understand customer and user needs, seek out new opportunities and establish actionable insights, to form a concise product backlog.
Balance the needs of the business, the customer and technology to make timely, validated and clear decisions regarding the product. (sometimes, saying ‘no’ or ‘not now” is the right answer)
Contribute to the wider product roadmap planning and co-ordination effort to ensure a holistic customer experience, and professional operations.
Prioritize the backlog to focus on product impact, health and objectives.
Explain the product and its roadmap to business stakeholders including Marketing and Business Development when necessary.
Work with the design and engineering teams to clearly define requirements and acceptance criteria, in order to deliver the most value to our users.
Build a relationship with the Design team to establish and maintain our collective understanding of the user, ensuring you are collaborative and curious partner in any user research.
Collaborate with engineers to establish feasibility and plan for the development of secure maintainable solution.
Work with the colleagues in Product to communicate the release of new features, and encourage effective adoption amongst customer base.
