Who we need

As part of our mission to impact 1 billion lives, we’re looking for a passionate, solution-oriented, relationship builder with insights into bringing technology to the people who need it.

Timely and smooth onboarding and continuous management and support are vital to impressing a customer and securing their adoption of our tools, services, and solutions. As part of the Product team responsible for the overall strategy, management, and execution of our Enterprise Product Solutions, we’re looking for a Product Owner.

Reporting to the Director, Product Experience, you will spearhead the work to deliver the best product experience for our customers’ employee onboarding and management needs.

How you will make an impact:

Contribute to the platform vision and strategy. You will work with the Product leadership and other Product Managers to align to the platform vision and strategy and contribute to the product’s overall future direction. You will relay the current and future state plans and deliverables to the Engineering team.
Prioritize market demands. You will collaborate with Product management to understand customer and user needs, seek out new opportunities and establish actionable insights. You will balance the needs of the business, the customer and technology to make timely, validated and clear decisions regarding the product, ensuring a holistic customer experience and professional operations.
Lead the work. You will collaborate with the Design and Engineering teams to clearly define requirements and acceptance criteria, establish feasibility, and plan for the development of secure, maintainable solutions that deliver the most value to our users. You will prioritize the backlog to focus on product impact, health and objectives.
Own communications. You will create messaging that explains the product and its roadmap to business stakeholders, including Marketing and Business Development. You will maintain open lines of communication across teams and with users to ensure we are meeting their evolving needs, acting as a collaborative and curious partner in any user research. You will generate excitement around the release of new features and encourage effective adoption.

What you bring:

The experience. You can quickly learn new technologies and respond to change by learning and adapting. You have experience identifying market gaps and directing the build of solutions to meet those needs. You have exposure to working in an industry with strict compliance or regulatory guidelines. You have in-depth insights and practical experience successfully taking a new product to market.
The communication skills. You have flexible and effective communications skills. You know how to listen and relay empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives. You can gain the trust of teams and stakeholders at all levels; confidently guiding work and presenting results to executives.
The education. You may have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, but we know not everyone gains their skills through traditional academic training.
