What we are looking for:
Reevoo is looking for an experienced Product Manager (PM) to drive the product vision for an exciting portfolio of Analytics and Insight products. This is a great opportunity for a PM who is looking for lots of variety as this role will involve both iterating through a product’s lifecycle as well as defining new products and services.
The Analytics suite (delivered via a Dashboard & API) is specifically focused on the reporting and visualization of review collection and engagement metrics, which helps clients easily measure and analyse the ROI of the Reevoo solution. The Insight suite (delivered via custom reports & API) on the other hand is focused on analysis of sentiment, categories and themes within the review verbatim, which clients can use to drive transformational change across multiple business functions (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management). With both products, Reevoo’s main goal is to help clients listen to and understand their customer better, and in the process build better products and services.
In this role, you will:
- Define the Product strategy and roadmap for both Analytics and Insights product sets.
- Build business case for new growth initiatives supported by hard data, metrics and detailed customer research.
- Identify gaps in product functionality and prioritize product roadmap and backlog to achieve business goals.
- Translate customer requirements into use cases and stories. Liase with key stakeholders from marketing, sales, client services and operations to further refine customer requirements.
- Own KPI targets on: a) Revenue and b) Adoption (i.e. number of customers) for the portfolio of products.
- Manage user acceptance testing and customer feedback process for all product initiatives.
- Manage weekly iterations and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery against customer commitments. Dive deep to understand technology constraints and tradeoffs.
- Develop go to market strategy, positioning, and marketing plan for new features and launches
- Lead quarterly sales training and collaborate with Sales to create a pipeline of prospects to target per vertical
- Produce and manage collateral to aid sales teams (FAQs, Datasheets, Product teasers etc.).
- Communicate project milestones, launch plan and product status to stakeholders across the organization.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience in a leading software SaaS business (B2B or B2B2C). MBA a plus.
- Prior experience launching reporting/insights products, involving visualisation of large amounts of data (preferred)
- Familiarity with visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) and Sentiment analysis tools (e.g. Clarabridge, Brandwatch etc.)
- Experience developing and monetising API portfolio
- Track record of delivering complex features within agile development teams using industry standard tools (e.g. Target Process, JIRA etc.)
- “Get it done” entrepreneurial attitude and a strong team player.
- Good commercial acumen and ability to drive decisions with data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fun loving, good sense of humour and passionate about the helping clients become more consumer centric.
