Director of Product

Full-Time United Kingdom Salary: £160,000 - £180,000

As our Product Director, you are part of the leadership that will shape the future direction for the bank. You have an opportunity to be a key part of transforming how Shawbrook operates. How we conduct product discovery, design and build customer and colleague propositions, and how we learn to iterate and improve quickly. You will be a core part of how we sustain and grow a culture of customer-centricity and a product-led way of working.
