Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

Join forces with Kenbi for a self-determined care concept! 

Our product team is responsible for a broad app and software landscape: an app and e-learning platform for our nursing teams, an app including a digital marketplace for family members and various software to digitize administrative processes in fleet management, recruiting, etc.

Your Tasks

  • Take responsibility for one or more projects/applications and build a successful product in close cooperation with your interdisciplinary team of developers, QA. UX/UI and rollout managers
  • Coordinate stakeholder requests and prioritize the operational backlog for your team, including bug management
  • Product Discovery: understand your users exactly, define problems, hypotheses and solution approaches – in close cooperation with experienced colleagues from UX/UI
  • Product design: translated business requirements into epics and user stories
  • Coordinate implementation with developers and QA managers
  • Test MVPs & iterate through full rollout. Work closely with your colleagues from the rollout team for full adoption of your product
  • Identify and monitor your own success KPIs for your products and identify optimization potential for long-term success
  • Become an “Ambassador” of your product – promote and present it not only to external customers but also within Kenbi

What you bring

  • You have 4+ years of solid professional experience in product management
  • You can easily put yourself in the perspective of others and are customer-oriented with great attention to what makes commercial sense
  • You have excellent communication skills, a hands-on mentality and a creative mindset
  • You have very good analytical skills and a very structured, KPI-driven way of working
  • You are also solution-oriented, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile if necessary
  • You speak intermediate German and fluent English
