About the role
At Clear Channel Europe, within our Digital Factory, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to help us spearhead our digital product team as we develop, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital product practice. With LaunchPAD being the focus.
Clear Channel LaunchPAD is our advertising platform that opens up new ways to plan, buy, activate and optimise premium digital Out of Home inventory across programmatic, automated and direct channels for advertisers across our UK and European markets.
Enabling one of the largest programmatic digital OOH (pDOOH) activations in the region to date, the UK partnership bolsters Clear Channel’s programmatic offering as part of Clear Channel LaunchPAD, a pan-European advertising platform offering programmatic, automated, and direct buying channels.

What you’ll be doing
Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital product and experience
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process.
Ability to craft a product vision both short and long term and convert that into a concrete strategy
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product
Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Partner with Tech Europe teams to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
Work on managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies
Evaluate, analyse, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
What we’re looking for
5-7 years’ experience in digital product management or similar (Mandatory)
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills (Mandatory)
Usability and customer-focused design experience (Plus)
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Or relevant experience)
Master’s degree is (Plus)
English (professional) + 1 language amongst (French, Italian, Swedish, Spanish) (Mandatory)
