As Lead Product Manager, you join our Product Team to enable our Paris based engineering team to work together more efficiently. Your main responsibilities include:
After one month:
You go through a deep dive onboarding to learn about our technological vision and business proposition, understand our current roadmap and meet our Engineering team members;
You get your hands on our products as proxy-user and shadow Professional Services’ Customer Managers to understand better how they are delivered to our final clients;
You are introduced to our engineering team to learn about the product roadmap, you lead your first rituals within the team (retro, weekly, standup meetings, etc.);
After three months:
You lead a team of product managers, you drive the main rituals and prioritize their backlogs in line with the overall product roadmap;
You conduct a thorough scan of the existing agile practices, start reviewing the main artifacts and events, and lead the continuous improvement plan of the product team;
You start building the internal knowledge library about product management and agile practices, you standardize or adapt the main rituals and artifacts for the different engineering squads and you share internally the best practices;
After six months:
You lead autonomously the PM team: you drive your team crew’s objectives and continuous improvement plans, and start implementing the associated learning tracks of your team (onboarding, external learnings, etc.);
Along with the Engineering Managers and Head of Product & Engineering, you participate in reviewing/editing the overall product roadmap to bring your expertise in product management;
You evangelize our product philosophy externally, participate/host external events and you actively partner with our Brand & Content strategist to bring valuable content to our external stakeholders such talents, candidates, prospects and clients.
Your profile (Required)
You are the perfect match if:
You are higly knowledgeable about product management and agile practices: you want to recruit, train and lead a first-class product management team within an exciting tech environement;
You are analytical, highly organized and demonstrates good problem-solving skills; you feel at ease with it comes to interact with a wide-range of stakeholders: you love working with engineers and steer value for end users;
You have experience in working with SaaS B2B environements, a plus if you have had an exposure to supply chain softwares.
