This role entails…
ITV Studios Marketing has established itself as an industry-leading, award-winning team, driving the global brand reputation for ITV Studios, building our biggest content into global franchises and delivering an annual plan of commercially-driven marketing & research for ITV Studios. This business-critical role will be responsible for ensuring that our website is always fully up-to-date, suggesting changes and new features based on analytics data.
Manage and update content on the logged-in homepage of itvstudios(dot com) on a weekly to bi-weekly basis
Collaborate with respective ITV Studios genre (Scripted, Non-Scripted, Formats) marketing teams to plan which shows to promote on each genre page every month
Create, maintain and ensure sections on itvstudios (dot com) are current
Merchandise priority content to get as many sales leads as possible for these programmes
Act as a deputy to the Digital Products manager to handle queries from internal teams and keep projects going
Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner and ensure progress is communicated to stakeholders and Sales teams
Experimentation and Testing
Support manager in conducting user interviews to discover pain points and new opportunities for our digital products
Test and validate new features for ITV Studios’ digital products
Experiment ways to improve existing features or identify potential new features to constantly improve ITV Studios’ digital products
Reporting and Analysis
Track and report on analytics for our digital products on a weekly basis
Support the Digital Products Manager in analysing data to extract learnings from it
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Minimum role criteria:
Demonstrable marketing experience with a strong digital remit
A passion for digital products
