We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team.
In your role as Senior Product Manager you will be leading Agile Scrum teams focused on building digital products that are used by agents or students. This role forms part of a team that is growing rapidly to lead the development and ongoing management of INTO’s digital product portfolio
You will play a leading role in launching and managing digital products for INTO; be the voice of the customer (user) and the key liaison between a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation. Your role will work closely with colleagues in the Engineering team, Product Design team, Data & Insights team, as well as colleagues from the 3 Business Units – Recruitment, UK, and US Education. A key focus will be prioritising product and feature developments that deliver business value, keeping the student and agent experiences in mind. You will also mentor, coach, and line-manage a small team of Product Managers/Associate Product Managers; ensure that the team is well trained in product management best practices.
We are looking for someone with proven previous Product Management experience for digital products, Agile Scrum trained, technically and commercially astute with a strong focus on user experience and user feedback.
Location
The location of this role is flexible but there may be some requirement in the future to attend meetings in Brighton or at other INTO offices. Travel within the UK and abroad may be necessary and flexibility is required to meet the demands of the post, including occasional weekend working. The post holder may be reasonably required to work from any INTO or Partner location at any time.
