We’re already used by dozens of hospital systems, with tens of thousands of clinicians and supporting staff using us to care for millions of patients.

The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Clinic Service Delivery vertical of Cureatr’s Product Team. This team works closely with our pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to optimize the systems, tools, data, and workflows that they use to deliver and scale patient care. We are currently focused on making our service more cost-effective while maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Clinic Service Delivery to solve challenges like:

  • Increase the number of patients who are offered the opportunity to do a medication reconciliation
  • Decrease the number of patients who no-show for an appointment
  • Increase number of patients that pharmacists are able to see on a daily basis

This is a remote, work from home position. Candidates are expected to travel up to 4 times per year for company-related meetings, events, or functions.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate across teams to deliver new product enhancements (60%)

  • Work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Clinic Service Delivery to identify key problem areas, translate business needs into product artifacts, and prioritize the backlog
  • Partner with Design to establish user journeys and design assets
  • Define epics and user stories in Jira, clearly articulating product requirements
  • Work with Engineering to define, scope, and deliver on product requirements
  • Coordinate Clinic-facing releases and training with effective communication
  • Provide operational support for products and tools used by Cureatr Clinic

Leverage data to uncover insights and opportunities (15%)

  • Develop dashboards with existing product data in Domo to inform decision making
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to define patient engagement and service delivery metrics
  • Respond to data with hypotheses and recommendations for enhancements and experiments
  • Execute and analyze qualitative and quantitative experiments

Become the patient outreach subject matter expert (SME) (15%)

  • Accrue expert knowledge on the patient journey from eligibility through post-call follow-up
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for internal and external patient outreach flows
  • Determine patient needs and desires, as well as ways to scale, through end-user research and discovery, quantitative research, and literature review of best practices

Conduct market research (10%)

  • Support the Senior Product Manager, Clinic Service Delivery in assessing competitive patient and medication reconciliation services from value proposition to offerings

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-5 years work experience, preferably as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile environment, with prior experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience writing software requirements in Jira
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Advanced analytical and strategic critical thinking skills
