As our Product Director, you will be responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign. You will continuously evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. As our Product Director, you will oversee our product’s lifecycle and ensures that development teams have all the tools they need. You will be involved in defining the product’s requirements, creating a vision, and align the product with the business’ overall strategy.

– Contribute in defining and developing the product roadmap, and drive the go-to-market strategy
– Work closely with the executive leadership team to align the product roadmap with the business strategy
– Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities
– Set the strategy and vision for the team in cooperation with Design Manager
– Be accountable for the outcome and impact of the team to the company and its products
– Lead the team (career development, mentoring, catch-ups, etc.)
Requirements
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is an advantage
– Certification within Scrum Product Management is preferred
3- 5 years of proven success at a senior level with a product role
– Ability to think beyond current practices and drive change to support new ideas, improvements and working practices
– Extensive experience in Product Leadership roles delivering B2B/B2C SaaS products is essential
– Be well-versed with the latest tech and market trends to create successful product strategies
