Who we’re looking for

You’ll have experience of delivering and iterating digital products. You might be an experienced product manager who has led multidisciplinary teams before. Equally, you might be looking for your first product management role, having led impactful projects in an adjacent discipline, such as service or content design.  Either way, you’ll be a curious and impact-driven person, whose focus is always on the user.

You’ll be a leader who listens to and values the opinions of others. You’ll work well with people from different disciplines in your team and colleagues from across the council, to create the conditions for the best decisions to be made. You’ll also be curious about technology and not afraid to try new things.

You’ll be passionate about developing your skills and supporting others in the team.

We’re building a team where everyone feels safe to be who they are. We value empathy, open mindedness and a real passion for our mission.
