As a Head of Product Jobseekers m/f/d you will hold the strings for the strategic development of our products and orchestrate the roles in the team to create an unbeatable experience for our jobseekers.

YOUR TASKS
- Defining the product vision and road map of our products for jobseekers in line with JobCloud’s company strategy
- Together with your team, discovering and implementing new and innovative ways to let job seekers find their dream job
- Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Sales, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Data
- Assessing product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Taking fact-based decisions accordingly
- Leading the Product team for seekers consisting of three Product Managers, each in their own cross-functional Scrum teams
- Contributing to the Product Management and UX community at JobCloud
YOUR SKILLS
- Several years of experience in Product Management roles covering different digital products
- Ideally some experience in recruiting (seeker or recruiter side)
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- Experience in managing products for B2C users on big and small screen
- Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Experience of operating in an agile work environment
- Perseverance and patience to push a product with a lot of potential
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
- Fluent in English. German and/or French are a plus
