We are looking for an ambitious product person to grow our lending business. Ebury’s Trade Finance offering is already highly competitive. You will work on automating our credit underwriting and operational process to make faster decisions and continue to scale. Following the success of Trade Finance, Ebury is planning to launch other types of lending products, targeted to specific SME segments and industries. You will start by validating the existing ideas, selecting and delivering on the most promising products.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales, commercialisation, and other product managers to understand strategic developments for your product
Run discoveries and validations
Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value to clients
Act as the Product Owner for a tech and data team working with an agile methodology
Own the delivery of new features end-to-end
Keep up to date with market developments, new provider solutions and competitors
Track business outcomes and KPIs. Ensure a test and learn approach
Experience required:
Experience with lending products
Experience with credit underwriting algorithms and processes
Product Management or Digital Transformation experience.
Strong understanding of software development and Agile
Experience working with financial products for SMEs a plus
Successfully worked on new product features, turning them into reality
Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly organised and strong project management skills.
