Ebury has recently launched an iphone mobile app. We have built this at exceptional speed and the client feedback has been excellent. There is a strong client-driven roadmap for next iterations. We have a large number of clients with Androids that do not want to be left out!
Your goal is to launch an Android app and support future iterations and functionality.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be the ultimate owner and responsible for the development of the Android app for Ebury’s clients. Areas of responsibility:
Act as the Product Owner for the app team working with an agile methodology
Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value to clients
Work hand-in-hand with Product Design to define journeys and UI
Own the delivery of new functionality end-to-end. Write EPICs and stories.
Work with the API tech team to extend the API to support the mobile app as needed
Utilise analytics to drive insights around adoption, conversion and usage. Ensure a test and learn approach
Work closely with Product Owners from other channels to ensure consistency and optimal designs across channels
Liaise with the Ops, Commercial and Support teams to setup operational support for the app.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Product Management/ Ownership experience
Experience with Android Mobile applications
Experience in dealing with software vendors
Strong understanding of software development and Agile
Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels
Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly organised and strong project management skills
Experience in the financial sector and payments preferred.
