To help our fantastic growth, we are looking for an ambitious product leader to drive new financial products for SMEs. You will inspire and guide a talented team of Product Managers, and launch new products or improve existing ones to optimise value to our clients and Ebury. Offering: FX hedging and financing products.
Set a clear roadmap for our products aligned to company strategy, commercialisation goals and client needs
Lead the team of product owners and instil a highly-effective agile culture
Build a deep understanding of our users needs and behaviours, and be their voice in the company together with the Design team
Run discoveries and validations, as well as delivery end-to-end
Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value to clients
Identify the need for cross-channel services, working with Technology
Take responsibility for all product developments of Ebury’s rapidly expanding offering
Establish strong relationships with commercialisation & tech teams, other product leaders, and other stakeholders across the organisation.
Previous Product Leadership role, managing product managers experience
Experience with financial products: FX and International Trade Finance
Working in an agile environment across all project stages
Experience in Fintech or scale-up tech companies a plus.
