Sr Product Manager

Full-Time Remote

What you’ll do:

As the Sr Product Manager for the User Profile portfolio at b.well, you will:

  • Tackle complex identity management challenges in healthcare and work on innovative solutions such as federated identity
  • Create an intuitive and outstanding onboarding experience to grow our user base
  • Identify opportunities and expand our capabilities to create values for both the customers and users of our system
  • Perform product discovery, ship features, and monitor outcomes within an agile cross-functional team, working closely with sales/marketing, design, engineering, and more
  • Comfortable using data and research to make sound product decisions and understand how to make trade-offs among design, logistics, and technical complexity to meet product goals
  • Care deeply about the customer, user, and business outcomes of your team’s work and take responsibility for the success and failures of your products in the market

Notches in your belt:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Obsession with understanding how product features are impacting customers and users, and how the team’s hypotheses are playing out “in the wild”
  • Strong ability to think through and journey map the user experience, and design solutions with a consumer-first mindset
  • Ability to own and lead a domain area, including understanding the competitive and market landscape, setting OKRs and driving to meet KPIs
  • Experience working in agile teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, hypothesis-driven testing, iteratively deliver value, and outcome over output
  • Strong analytical skills and experienced in experimental design skills (e.g. A/B testing)
  • Experience working across time zones (we have resources across all four US time zones and offshore teams)
  • Comfortable communicating to a wide range of audience, including both written and verbal communications
  • Self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Great to Have:

  • Understanding of the healthcare landscape and industry
  • Experience working in a B2B2C environment knowledge around common healthcare code systems and their meaning/use
  • Experience optimizing UX workflows for conversion

  • Experience with identity management and identity proofing products
  • Experience optimizing account creation and onboarding flow for growth
