This role is focused on…

Innovation. The company is growing fast and we need to bring new products to our existing and prospective customers. The Senior Product Manager will build customer-facing applications to help capture and shape the market. As we’re a young company, a key part of this role will also be to help instill a great culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth.

 

Within the first six months of joining, you will…

Take ownership of a major product, critical to the success of the company
Learn deeply about the enterprise software Account Executive persona
Conduct user research alongside designers to create innovative new products
Validate creative solutions in partnership with engineers
Lead the cross-functional development team and remove barriers
Deliver new releases in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success
Present the long-term product vision to executives and customers
Align the near-term roadmap with other product managers across the platform
Enhance our product development processes and culture

 

You have…

Built modern SaaS products for B2B, enterprise, external customers
Worked at a startup or in a similarly agile environment
Created new products from scratch using user-centered design and lean principles
Delivered products from MVP through subsequent releases and sustaining at scale
5 years of product management experience, and 7-10 years of total professional experience
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or you have equivalent experience

An understanding of enterprise sales personas
Knowledge of the salestech landscape
Experience building integrations with other sales software
Excellent communication and presentation skills with colleagues and customers
Previous roles in consulting, finance, sales, marketing, or customer success
Patience to focus on only the most important priorities and decisiveness when the priorities are unclear
