- Set strategy and direction of the product, including high level roadmap
- Evaluate ESP/CRM integration architecture/tech stack options from a product perspective to deliver the right experience for customers
- Identify assumptions and design tests/ways to validate them to reduce product risk
- Define new areas of the product, including wireframing, prioritizing features and functionality, etc.
- Providing UX design feedback/guidance
- Experience with ESP/CRM product management is a must
