Lead Product Manager,  Bizzy Labs

Bizzy Labs specializes in technology and data solutions for the mortgage Industry. We partner closely with BSI Financial (a $60B+ mortgage servicing platform that enables originators to sell servicing assets (MSRs) and investors to buy & service) as the initial customer for our digital offerings. We seek to bring a Lead Product Manager on board as we grow our mortgage servicing product suite.


  • Develop/Co-develop the product vision and strategy (with a top-tier consulting firm)
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap
    • Evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered
    • Recommend and own the nature and scope of present and future product enhancements
    • Assess trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support
  • Work with designers, engineers, and testers in an agile manner across all phases of the software development life-cycle, from feature definition to a timely and quality product release:
    • Develop wireframes for visual design, and data/process flow diagrams
    • Write detailed user stories and sub-tasks for engineering (in-house and outsourced) to develop product features
    • Develop test cases and scenarios, and ensure functional acceptance testing
    • Develop supporting documentation to drive product understanding and adoption
  • Manage expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for a successful product/feature launch
  • Develop and manage the team of product managers for other borrower, investor, and client products


  • 5+ years of experience in product management or in consulting for the top business/tech consulting firm
    • Outstanding intellectual ability, able to process and synthesize information
    • Technical solid orientation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skill
    • Experience translating customers/users/business wants/needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with solid people skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with partners
  • Track record of product delivery by owning the development of the product features and managing the agile team that is responsible for product design and engineering
  • Mortgage or Financial Services experience (Bonus)
