We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data – as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 150 people, our team currently represents 26 nationalities and we have offices in São Paulo, Mexico City, and Barcelona – while a large portion of us works remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.

We are a flexible international team focused on creating cool stuff. Some of us prefer to work together in one of our offices and others prefer remote. For us, there’s no difference as long as you have an excellent internet connection and are able to overlap with the team between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST timezone.

Belvo is the largest financial data aggregation provider in LATAM with double-digit million transactions piping through our systems every month. Our Data Aggregation product has the most product-market fit, and accounts for most of our revenue.
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to massively scale our Financial Data Aggregation product proposition, as part of the Belvo Connect product pillar, across Latam. As a Product Manager, you will define the future of aggregation and financial data access, delivering a top-notch experience for customers to connect and access their users’ financial data, in the most reliable and suitable way, covering a large range of use cases to enable financial freedom in Latin America.
You will be working with a skilled team, including Product Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, BE and reverse engineers, to define a solid product strategy and execute a winning product roadmap end to end. As the PM of this team, you will set the strategic direction to enable hyper growth of the Belvo Connect product.
At Belvo, Engineering team owns execution, so you will have time to be dedicated to shaping the strategy, building the future of the product, researching the market, talking to customers to understand their problems and, then, building successful products with strong market-fit to delight Fintech customers.
Your success will be measured by:
You ship product with market-fit that achieve customers adoption fast and at scale
You deliver value to solve customers’ problems, which reflects in having quotes of success cases
Best user experience in industry to provide consent, connect to banks and share financial data
Product performance: you deliver the highest Conversion Rate and data cleanliness
Team-health: recruit resources, mentor teammates, build transparent and inclusive culture
Define and evangelize the Data Aggregation product roadmap, OKRs and metrics. Identify levers to drive them.
Discover customer needs and market trends by building relationships with customers and customer-facing teams. Translate customer needs into product requirements.
Identify opportunities and size the target addressable market
Structure problems, define the strategy and vision for our Data Aggregation solution
Proactively identify and resolve product and cross-functional issues.
Validate product ideas. Prototype and beta-test with early adopters.
Work with other PMs to build a portfolio of products, including Payments and Data Enrichment.
Understand deeply how each fintech use cases work and how they could be disrupted through automated and packaged financial data.
Partner with Customer Success to deliver the best customer experience in the market.
Set the metrics to measure success.
Communicate details, updates, and launches across all stakeholders, seniority levels, and customers.
Partner with Engineering and Product Operations to define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring your team is doing the right things.
Launch new features that delight customers. Help customers adopt Data Aggregation to win.
This position may be for you if:
You are passionate about shipping tech products and well designed API-based platforms.
You have relevant experience in fintech companies
3+ years of product management or equivalent experience
You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving into data to come to conclusions
Product sense: you are thoughtful and creative. You can turn ambiguous problems into great products.
Product execution: you use data to build products and measure progress.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
You built your own startup.
Speak Spanish or Portuguese. We operate in English.
You are comfortable moving across the technical space or have technical background as a PM or Engineer. Indeed, you are used to work with engineering teams
Worked in a remote or distributed organization.
Our tech stack:
We’re building our platform using modern technologies, putting the focus on reliability and long-term maintainability
We primarily use Python on the backend. We use battle-tested technologies such as Django, and we are heavy users of Python’s asyncio for some parts of our stack
We run our infrastructure on top of Amazon Web Services, leveraging managed services. We tend to favor the use of managed services wherever possible, in order to focus on our business problems
We observe and monitor our services using Datadog
We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices
