A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data – as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 150 people, our team currently represents 26 nationalities and we have offices in São Paulo, Mexico City, and Barcelona – while a large portion of us works remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $56m from the leading VC investors globally.

Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
We are a flexible international team focused on creating cool stuff. Some of us prefer to work together in one of our offices and others prefer remote. For us, there’s no difference as long as you have an excellent internet connection and are able to overlap with the team between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST timezone.

Our Dashboard team’s mission is to unlock value from our data and payments API products for our customers. We do this by building world-class tooling in the Belvo Dashboard, our home for our customers. These customers are FinTechs and banks, with sizes ranging from 10-person startups to global enterprises. Their developers, analysts, support staff and business leaders use Belvo Dashboard the most.

Your opportunity:
As the owner for Dashboard, you will shape the daily experiences for top FinTechs in LATAM. Your product has a broad scope that impacts the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term monitoring, and impacts all our products and business functions. You will lead a cross-functional team to execute your vision.
You will:
Shape and evangelize the Belvo Dashboard strategy and roadmap.
Define the OKRs and identify levers to drive them.
Discover customer needs and market trends by building relationships with customers, sales and support.
Design experiments with minimum viable product and steer when we pivot.
Build a Dashboard platform for other teams to build their own Dashboard needs.
Communicate details, updates, and launches across all stakeholders, seniority levels, and customers.
Proactively identify and resolve product and cross-functional issues.
This position may be for you if:
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
Strong product sense: you are thoughtful and creative. You can turn ambiguous problems into great products.
Strong product execution: you use data to build products and measure success.
An obsession for delighting customers. Can precisely articulate their problems.
An eye for design and product quality. Partnered closely with designers and engineers to build front-end surface areas.
Graceful stakeholder management. Because Dashboard is so central to our customer experience, other teams will rely on you.
Amazing if:
You worked as a designer or front-end engineer.
Built your own startup.
Speak Spanish or Portuguese. We operate in English.
Shipped fintech or developer tools products, ideally dashboard products.
