We are looking for a passionate Head of UX Design who oversees the UX activities in our B2B products across the business and collaborates with other leaders and stakeholders on UX approach, long term vision, strategy and roadmap. YOUR TASKS
- Develop innovative and user-friendly products for recruiters hiring through us
- Closely collaborate in the cross-functional B2B team with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and Data colleagues
- Direct report to the CPO and leading a team of three UX
- Designers in our B2B cross functional teams
- Contribute to defining product vision and plan the teams’ OKRs
- Shape UX processes from discovery to everyday team operations
- Help develop UX as a function across JobCloud together with your peers from User Research and B2C
- Use quantitative and qualitative information to support understanding our users
- Communicate vision, roadmaps and concepts to internal and external stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
- 8+ years experience in the design of digital products
- Experienced in leading a team of UX Designers
- Several years of experience in working in agile environments
- Experienced in the development of digital recruiting tools,
- ATS software or marketplaces would be an advantage
- Ability to inspire others to be creative with a user-centric mindset
- Very good communication skills verbal and written in
- English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
