The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Wild.AI
  • Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch for the consumer app and coaching platform
  • Developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Influence a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring products to market.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure products are effectively communicated to and adopted by customers.
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing product performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align the product vision with the overall company strategy
  • Be comfortable in a hands-on role where product execution is key and will make a big difference to the lives of the women we serve


The ideal candidate for this role would have a track record of successfully leading product development and management efforts, a deep understanding of the technology and industry trends, and strong leadership and communication skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in digital consumer products
  • Strong background in product management and development
    Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the fitness, women’s health or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Understanding of female physiology is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred
