By providing control over recruitment, our user-centric products have been designed and developed with schools and educators to remove the stress and pain points when organising and looking for supply cover.

About the role

To ensure schools always have the cover they need, our consultants use a proprietary CMS that enables them to match candidate onto jobs within minutes. The CMS holds information on schools, candidates & their various data points needed to adequately match them.

In this role, you will be work directly with the consultants and the engineering team to discover and solve problems that hinder the accurate matching of candidates and schools. You will be reporting into the Head of Product who has a strong background in leading fast-paced product-led organisations.

You will strive to move the North Star metric of placing candidates into jobs by:

Working closely with our consultants to providing them with tools and integrations to improve their productivity
Spend time to understand the needs of our candidates and schools and sharing insights regularly with the business
Working closely with product leadership to identify and build features that will propel the business forward
Provide data and analysis to influence key business decisions to impact business performance
Working on technology optimisation: improvements on APIs, databases etc.

What we need from you

2-5 years Product Management or Product Ownership experience in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Platform business
You are mission-driven and care about positively impacting the lives of billions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You’re excited by change and a fast-paced learning environment
Solid technical understanding of software development and web technologies Comfortable talking to individual users, demanding customers, and senior stakeholders
Developing technical user stories including clear acceptance criteria
Great collaborator, able to bring a team of developers along with you
Able to work from our London office

Nice to have

Able to analyse and interpret data using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar
Understand how to choose metrics and track performance
Experience with JIRA
