As a Product Manager you’ll champion the delivery and continuous improvement of products and define, own and solve problems. You’ll work with user researchers to understand user needs, stakeholders and service owners to understand business value, and your whole team to prototype and implement solutions that are viable and sustainable. You’ll develop a product approach that coordinates with other teams in Digital, Data and Technology and around the organisation. You’ll understand the goals of our business stakeholders, and work with your team to help validate the assumptions behind their ideas, and share this insight to create better outcomes and show the benefits of user-centred design.You’ll have the support of more senior PMs to help shape your product strategy, and to develop your craft. Over time you’ll move around the portfolio to manage products through discovery, alpha, beta and live states.

This role is available in three UK locations, including central London, Cardiff, and Darlington’s new economic hub. This role can only be worked from within the UK and not overseas. Most DBT employees will be working a hybrid pattern, spending 2-3 days a week (pro rata) in the office on average. Changes to these working arrangements are available in certain circumstances but must be agreed with the vacancy manager and in line with the requirements of the role. Travel to your primary office location will not be paid for by DBT, but costs for travel to an office which is not your main location will be covered.
