Then you should keep on reading: We are looking for a Senior/Mid-level Product Manager to support our dynamic team in the role of a Product Owner. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
Managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing product improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX Design, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
Conducting market research and gathering feedback from customers to identify product opportunities and enhancements
Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback
Conducting A/B testing and analysing data to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions
Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and deliver quality products
WHAT WE LIKE
3+ years of experience in Product Management or comparable, preferably in B2B SaaS products
Proven track record of success in agile software development and a deep understanding of the Product Owner’s role in that environment
Experience in UX design and research is highly valued
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in challenging situations will be crucial to your success in this role
If you are fluent in German (spoken and written), that’s a plus!
