Established in 2016, Connecting Food is a B2B Foodtech startup that develops and markets a SaaS solution for traceability and digital auditing, utilizing blockchain technology, to players in the agri-food industry (including major retailers, brands, manufacturers, and cooperatives).
The solution addresses consumer demands for transparency and the industry’s need to meet sustainability challenges and improve supply chain efficiency.
The ambition is to become the number one blockchain-enabled FoodTech company
in Europe and among the top five in the USA by 2025. To finance this growth, the company has raised over €7 million since its inception, with a significant Series A funding round planned for late 2023.
Technical Delivery Manager Position
As a Technical Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and support of new clients as they onboard the software solution. Your expertise in APIs and SFTPs will be crucial in assisting clients with technical aspects. Additionally, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and managing documentation throughout the onboarding process.
Your role will involve ensuring a seamless integration of the software solution for clients and facilitating a smooth handover to the Customer Success Teams, ensuring a successful transition for clients.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Customer Success, Product) to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the new client onboarding process.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating client needs into technical requirements, and translating Connecting Food requirements to customers.
Own the end-to-end implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
Define and refine project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
Utilize strong knowledge of APIs, SFTPs, and integration tools to assist clients with constructing templates and addressing technical requirements.
Analyze data files recuperated from clients to ensure that they may be imported to our Sandbox/Production environments.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software implementation.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve technical issues during onboarding, working closely with the Development team and stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and share lessons learned.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support clients and internal teams.
Conduct training sessions to educate clients on software functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Proactively contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Proven experience in software implementation and client onboarding.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SFTPs, and integration tools.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and conducting training sessions.
