We’re a young and enthusiastic team of 18 consisting of Product, people and engineering teams. Together, we’re building smart software to automatically detect damages in sewer inspection videos and tell cities when to fix their underground pipes. With more accurate and objective data, we prevent wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and avoid urban flooding. 💪 Your Responsibilities
– Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
– Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize product features
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products
– Work with engineering teams to ensure that products are built according to requirements and delivered on time
– Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
🎯 Requirements
– Proven track record of successfully launching, growing and maintaining products, ideally in a startup environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
– 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a technical background
– Understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and platforms
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across stakeholders
– Plus if you have come from a technical background.
– Timezone +/- 1h CET, preferably located in Zurich
